To feel INSPIRED and EMPOWERED through EDUCATION and SUPPORT about their health. Understanding the WHY makes the HOW and the WHAT easier. I make the SCIENCE of health easy to understand.
When I am climbing, I feel POWERFUL.
When I speak to women in their 40s and 50s, I often hear from them that loss of feeling powerful, both mentally and physically. They might not use the word “powerful” but that is often the word that best fits.
We lose that feeling of being strong, in control and powerful in the day to day of raising kids, being a loving partner, either working in the workplace or working at home.
I help women to find that power within themselves again, to feel comfortable in their bodies and minds.
I want women to feel that their best years are AHEAD of them. We focus on the 5 Pillars of Heath – SLEEP, MOVEMENT, COMMUNITY, NUTRITION, and STRESS. When these are in HARMONY, we are our best selves!
We are POWERFUL!
